Products and Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure online product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary depending on your screen 
• Measurements will be determined by size chart 
• Minor variations may occur between batches 

We reserve the right to correct errors and update product information at any time without notice

Orders and Acceptance 

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase 
• Orders are not accepted until payment is received and confirmed 
• We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason permitted by law, including stock availability or suspected fraud 

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and Payment 

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise 
• Prices include GST where applicable 
• Payment must be made in full at checkout using approved payment methods

Shipping and Delivery 

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. BTZD is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events. Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the nominated address.

Australian Consumer Law Guarantees 

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods, not as described, or unfit for purpose, in accordance with the ACL.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTZD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products. 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to BTZD. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission. 

User Conduct 

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes 
• Interfere with website security or functionality 
• Upload malicious code or content 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts. 

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS – CUSTOM-MADE / CUSTOM-DESIGNED ITEMS

Custom Made Products

Custom-made or custom-designed goods are items that are produced specifically to your specifications, including but not limited to custom artwork, logos, text, colours, sizing selections, or garment modifications.

By placing an order for custom-made goods, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Production will commence based on the final artwork, specifications, and sizing approved by you 
• Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled or changed

Payment Terms for Custom Made / Custom Designed Items

• 50% Deposit is required prior to any order being sent to production
• Balance of invoice is payable prior to any orders being released to the customer

No Refunds for Custom-Made / Custom-Designed Items

To the extent permitted by law:

• No refunds or exchanges are offered for custom-made or custom-designed goods, including where: 
• The final artwork was not reviewed correctly before approval 
• There are spelling, layout, colour, or design errors in the approved artwork 
• Incorrect sizing was selected by the customer 
• The customer changes their mind after approval 

Customers are responsible for ensuring: 

• The final artwork is reviewed and approved accurately before production 
• Correct sizing and quantities is correct before order submission
  

Australian Consumer Law  - Custom Made / Custom Designed Items

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

For custom-made goods, a refund, replacement, or repair will only be provided where:

• There is a major manufacturing defect, and 
• BTZD determines and agrees that the defect is the result of a manufacturing fault and not design approval, artwork, colour, sizing choice, or customer-provided and approved specifications 

If a fault is minor, BTZD may choose to repair or replace the item in accordance with the ACL.

What is not considered a fault for Custom-Made / Custom-Designed Items

The following do not constitute faults and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange:

• Errors in approved artwork or designs 
• Colour variations where the artwork was approved 
• Incorrect sizing selection by the customer 
• Dissatisfaction with the design after approval 
• Change of mind

Major Manufacturing Defects for Custom-Made / Custom-Designed Items

A remedy may be provided only if:

• The item has a major manufacturing defect, and 
• BTZD confirms and agrees that the defect is due to manufacturing and not customer-approved specifications 

Where a major fault exists, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the ACL.

Inspection and Approval Process

Approval of final artwork or specifications confirms acceptance of the design and details. Once approval is given, BTZD is not responsible for errors contained in approved materials.
